Senior Specialist, Environmental, Health & Safety, Stewardship Leader

This position needs to maintain a robust system in place for LCP core to ensure compliances of stewardship requirement for daily flawless execution and sustainably meet with the 4 core principles.

Responsibilities 职责

• Develop, communicate, and implement daily stewardship focus and complete field assessment of stewardship execution, drives the efforts for drift prevention and future alignment with effective leading indicators
• Identify emerging issues and lead for improvement by coordinating with the Stewardship Facilitator and site stewardship program owners to identify and remove stewardship roadblocks
• Perform stewardship training for the unit employees, continuously monitor and drive initiatives/best practices to ensure the stewardship excellences
• Lead the safety plan and work plan discussion of focused areas in the core and strategize activity with Daily Execution leader
• Audit of life critical permits, ConOps and tracking of unit behavior observation data
• Lead the EHS investigation, lessons learnt, regular safety meeting, RCA for the stewardship issues
• Track established stewardship compliances parameters and quickly escalates if any deviations or violations may have occurred

Qualifications 要求

• Keen ability to identify hidden patterns and trends
• Understands technology of process, product and equipment
• Knowledge of CE ESH systems and tools
• Able to bridge and apply learnings to the core
• Troubleshooting and RCA skills
• Good communication skill, logical thinking, attitude and strong learning ability
• Strong principled
• Good at English, both written and oral
