What you will be doing:

To assist the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
To utilise food-handling techniques which are in line with current Health and Hygiene regulations
This position involves food preparation and presentation with flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner for A la Carte, room service.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
Demonstrate commitment to customer service for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualified preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards
Flexible availability to work a range of shifts and days.
Ability to effectively time manage large volume workload, to meet deadlines and work well under pressure situations.
A flexible and resilient approach to challenges
Ability to work independently.
