We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience across various departments, preparing you for a future leadership position. You will be exposed to project coordination, team management, client relations, and operational planning while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in daily operations and project execution

• Participate in departmental meetings, planning, and performance evaluations

• Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and deadlines

• Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans

• Shadow department heads to gain an understanding of each function

• Prepare reports and presentations for internal use
