We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support our marketing and events team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with people, and has a keen eye for event logistics and promotional tactics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns

• Support setup and breakdown of event spaces

• Represent client brands professionally at public and private events

• Monitor and track event performance and gather customer feedback

• Distribute promotional materials and manage product displays

• Maintain effective communication with team members and event partners

• Ensure brand consistency across all promotional activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in event marketing, customer service, or promotions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Ability to lift and transport materials for event setup

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
