We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, sales, and client satisfaction. The Event Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing client relationships, booking events, and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of event sales from initial inquiry to event completion
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present Captura Hall’s offerings
• Prepare and present event proposals, contracts, and pricing
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and event details
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution
• Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to offer fresh ideas and packages

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, sales, or hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
