We are currently seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent development, organizational leadership, and performance growth. The successful candidate will support the creation and implementation of leadership programs that inspire, engage, and elevate professionals across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership training programs and workshops
Support senior leadership in evaluating program effectiveness and making continuous improvements
Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires and emerging leaders
Analyze training needs and performance data to develop effective development strategies
Collaborate with internal departments to align leadership development with company objectives
Provide administrative support and manage logistics for training sessions and events
Monitor employee progress and offer coaching and development feedback as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
1–3 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or training roles
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
