We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Sales Coordinator to support our sales and event planning teams. This role is essential in managing client relationships, coordinating event logistics, and driving sales success. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and provide customized solutions
- Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing sales
- Maintain and update event calendars, sales pipelines, and CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure event logistics are aligned with client expectations
- Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct post-event evaluations and maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Assist in developing marketing materials and event presentations
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or sales support
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during event periods
