We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Account Coordinator to manage client accounts and support product lifecycle operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our internal departments and external clients, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time and according to client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and updates across departments

• Monitor product development progress and address issues proactively

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance tracking

• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high communication standards

• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align product launches

• Maintain detailed records of client communications and documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in account coordination or product management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
