We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and client engagement events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute creative ideas, and ensure smooth logistical coordination for events that enhance Property Soar's brand and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate and promotional events

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place

  • Prepare event materials and maintain event inventories

  • Support setup and breakdown of event spaces

  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met

  • Provide on-site support and ensure a positive attendee experience

  • Assist with post-event evaluations and reports

  • Manage event calendars and schedules

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for each event

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours during events when needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team
