We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and client engagement events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute creative ideas, and ensure smooth logistical coordination for events that enhance Property Soar's brand and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate and promotional events
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place
Prepare event materials and maintain event inventories
Support setup and breakdown of event spaces
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Provide on-site support and ensure a positive attendee experience
Assist with post-event evaluations and reports
Manage event calendars and schedules
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each event
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work flexible hours during events when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team
