Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support the planning and execution of our marketing events and assist in sales-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Events Manager and Sales Department to ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches

  • Support sales representatives with materials, scheduling, and client communication

  • Coordinate logistics including vendor management, event setup, and staffing

  • Track event performance and compile post-event reports

  • Maintain up-to-date records of event and sales data

  • Greet and assist clients at events, ensuring a positive brand experience

  • Manage inventory of promotional materials and supplies

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and events teams as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1-2 years of experience in events, sales support, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
