Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support the planning and execution of our marketing events and assist in sales-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Events Manager and Sales Department to ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
Support sales representatives with materials, scheduling, and client communication
Coordinate logistics including vendor management, event setup, and staffing
Track event performance and compile post-event reports
Maintain up-to-date records of event and sales data
Greet and assist clients at events, ensuring a positive brand experience
Manage inventory of promotional materials and supplies
Provide administrative support to the sales and events teams as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience in events, sales support, or customer-facing roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
