The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our brand voice.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of press releases, newsletters, internal memos, and other communication materials.
Coordinate communication between departments and support company-wide messaging initiatives.
Help maintain the company’s tone and voice across all written content.
Conduct research to support communication campaigns and strategies.
Track metrics for communication effectiveness and assist in preparing reports.
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain company documentation, templates, and style guides.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative support role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Familiarity with communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project tracking software, or internal communications platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
