We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their journey with Story Lane Box is smooth, positive, and aligned with our high standards of service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Manage client onboarding and ensure all expectations are clearly communicated and met

  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Track client feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement

  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and preferences

  • Assist in preparing client reports and presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
