Stellenbeschreibung

Was Dich bei uns erwartet:

• Überwachung und Verwaltung von Lieferantenkonten
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung der Eingangsrechnungen (Verifizierung, Kontierung/Buchung aller Service-, Lager- und Logistikdienstleister-Rechnungen im SAP S/4 HANA)
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Lieferanten
• Bearbeitung des elektronischen Kreditorenpostfachs
• Unterstützung der Kollegen aus dem Hauptbuch und dem Controlling bei der Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen

Qualifikationen

• Was wir von Dir erwarten:

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Steuerfachangestellter, Industriekaufmann oder Betriebswirt) o.ä.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und anderen Office-Programmen
• SAP S/4 HANA Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Absoluter Teamplayer mit einer selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative machen dein Profil komplett
