- Employment type – Temporary full-time up to eleven months
- Grade – Clerk Grade 9/10
- Salary – $129,464 pa - $142,665 pa plus employers to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
Step into a pivotal role as Senior Project Officer, Portfolio Services, where you'll drive the success of our Information and Digital Services (IDS) portfolio. You'll lead the creation and delivery of innovative tools and frameworks that enable strategic decision-making, strong governance, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do
You'll be part of a skilled and collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and shared success. Working in a supportive and fast-paced environment, you’ll help shape the future of digital services through:
- Leading IDS portfolio planning, governance, and reporting
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and managing issues effectively
- Enhancing reporting through automation and business intelligence tools
- Managing project teams to deliver quality outcomes
- Conducting research to support evidence-based planning
- Advising stakeholders and supporting timely, data-driven reporting
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving project success and building strong stakeholder relationships. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience in project and portfolio governance, planning, and reporting
- Strong research and analytical skills to support evidence-based decisions
- Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Clear communication skills with the ability to advise on emerging project issues
