We’re looking for an Israel-based Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. This role is a mix of deep technical engagement with customers and internal collaboration with Product and R&D. You will manage technical onboarding, drive product adoption, assess risks, and lead CS-driven initiatives across the company.
As the on-the-ground CS lead in Israel, you’ll also act as the connective tissue between our field team (primarily based in the US) and our engineering and product teams in Tel Aviv. You’ll be responsible for managing internal CS projects, aligning product priorities, and ensuring seamless feedback loops between customers and R&D.
You’ll work directly with customers in Europe and select accounts in the US, making strong communication and project management skills essential.What You’ll Do
  • Lead technical onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring fast, secure deployments and successful implementations.
  • Manage CS collaboration with Product & R&D: act as the bridge between customers and engineering to prioritize feedback, track issues, and drive fixes and features.
  • Own internal CS project management: organize and manage all initiatives, tooling, documentation, and cross-functional dependencies owned by the CS team.
  • Conduct technical risk assessments and work with stakeholders to remove friction and adoption blockers.
  • Deliver high-impact enablement: provide training, usage guidance, and architecture sessions to security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
  • Drive product adoption and value: ensure customers meet success milestones and achieve outcomes aligned with their business goals.
  • Monitor account health and partner with Sales/Success to support renewals and identify CSQLs (Customer-Sourced Qualified Leads).
  • Manage relationships across time zones: own customer engagements in the EU region, while supporting strategic accounts in the US.
  • Be the voice of the customer in product and roadmap discussions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success EngineerTAMSolutions Engineering, or DevOps consulting role
  • Experience working with cloud security, identity, secrets management, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong project management skills: able to run internal initiatives, manage timelines, and align multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to engage with technical and executive personas, including DevOps, Platform, and Security leadership
  • Excellent communicator in English (verbal and written); confident managing accounts across multiple regions
  • Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills and technical ownership
  • Bonus: Experience in a high-growth startup environment or working closely with R&D/engineering teams
