Duties and Responsibilities:

DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE:

• Provide treatments for clients, guests and spa members of a high professional standard
• Consistently promote a professional image and maintain a high standard of personal presentation in compliance with published protocol
• Ensure that full client consultations are carried out at all times and correct procedures are followed in terms of medical history
• Ensure a warm and professional client welcome using the client name at all times
• Ensure consistency of all treatments to give all guests the same high quality experience
• Ensure professional protocols are adhered to at all times and respectable rapports are built
• Fully conversant in all special offers and promotions to promote sales to visitors and guests
• Protect client confidentiality and privacy at all times
• Ensure clients are always put at ease throughout all treatments and understand all clients are individual
• Sterilisation of all equipment takes place every shift according to the correct procedure
• Ensure treatment rooms are presented according to the established procedure for all guests
• Ensure client notes are completed at the end of every treatment or communication
• Report any lost property immediately and follow correct procedure
