Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have

This project is for one of Poland's largest media companies, involving the implementation of tools to support end-user profiling for a major VOD platform on the Polish market.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Comprehensive management of IT project implementations in the media market.
• Managing an internal team of developers and close cooperation with vendors (including contracting and settlements).
• Managing relationships with business stakeholders (including streamlining requirements and building long-term relationships).
• Managing project issues and risks.
• Communicating with project stakeholders and managing project scope.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

• Higher education, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., IT Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager).
• Experience in building relationships with business stakeholders and in requirements management.
• Knowledge of preparing functional and non-functional requirements analysis.
• Technical knowledge supported by experience in a role such as an Architect, Developer, or System Analyst.
• Experience in result-driven projects.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, project management principles, and software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Familiarity with solutions or processes specific to the media market.
• Experience in implementing solutions based on data processing and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation and CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect) is a plus.
• Certifications in UML, BPMN, TOGAF, or ArchiMate are welcome.
• ITIL, Prince2, and ISTQB certifications are an asset.
