Key Responsibilities

  • Support the supervision of processes and organization in related markets to ensure proper implementation of policies in East Adriatic Region.

  • Provide support and advice to business managers in communicating and understanding financial and business performance, including the income statement and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for systematic performance enhancement across the organization.

  • Act as a business partner in operations, with a deep understanding of business processes and operations.

  • Balance support with challenging business managers within the business unit.

  • Create business planning, MP/BP (Market and Business Plan).

  • Actively support the business by preparing relevant reports and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Prepare analyses and interpret results and KPIs (actuals, forecasts, plans).

  • Contribute to the coordination of plan development (MP/BP).

  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, track internal deviations, and correct audit discrepancies.

  • Design or maintain an internal control environment, management models, and signaling/incentive systems to achieve business objectives.

Our Expactations

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in finance, controlling, or a similar field.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and controlling.

  • Significant experience with Power BI reporting and data visualization.

  • Familiarity with Navision and MS Office tools.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.

  • Problem-solving mindset focused on identifying inefficiencies in processes and finding suitable solutions.

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

  • Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

  • Proactive, reliable, and structured approach to work.
