Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing, Required.
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills required.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to write and follow directions to patient’s homes
• Ability to use home health patient software, email, internet, and computer-based learning modules, etc.
• Good understanding of home health operations.
• Current CPR/BLS
• Must be able to travel to patients’ homes and have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
