The Role
We’re looking for a systems-savvy and forward-thinking Revenue Enablement & Workflow Specialist to join our Sales Systems team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about revenue systems, enablement content, and the evolution of AI-driven workflows. You will play a key role in supporting our GTM systems, managing AI-native content platforms, and helping transition our organization toward intelligent, agentic sales workflows.
This isn’t just a systems admin role, it’s a chance to be on the front lines of innovation, operationalizing modern AI strategies, refining sales experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally to elevate how we enable revenue teams.
To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Austin, TX or New York City and will be expected to go into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.
You Will
AI Strategy & Workflow Innovation
- Collaborate on the design and deployment of AI-augmented and agentic sales workflows that drive automation, personalization, and intelligence at scale
- Contribute to testing and implementing new AI-native tools within the revenue systems stack
- Partner with sales enablement and RevOps to embed AI across seller-facing workflows and experiences
Sales Systems & Operational Support
- Manage day-to-day administration of key GTM systems including Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and our CMS.
- Troubleshoot user support requests and ensure continuous improvement of system reliability and performance
- Act as a translator between business users and technical teams to turn needs into system solutions
- Onboard and enable sellers on systems and workflows, ensuring they’re equipped to adopt tools effectively and follow best practices
Content Management & AI-Native CMS Ownership
- Help manage and optimize content within our next-generation CMS/LMS platform built with native AI capabilities
- Support the creation, curation, and deployment of sales enablement materials (playbooks, messaging, collateral, training modules)
- Guide sales teams on best practices for accessing and using content effectively within new workflows
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales to advance initiatives and track project milestones
- Help manage the rollout and adoption of new tools and processes through clear communication and operational execution.

You Have
- 2–3 years of experience working in GTM/revenue systems at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Prior hands-on experience with Outreach, Highspot, ZoomInfo, and Gong
Background in sales—experience carrying a bag is required to bring seller empathy into system design - Strong analytical and communication skills, with a bias for action and curiosity for new technology
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Experience experimenting with AI tools or designing AI-supported workflows is a plus
- Familiarity with CMS/LMS platforms, especially those with embedded AI capabilities is a plus
- Exposure to project management practices such as Agile or Kanban is a plus

The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is listed in USD below. Salary is one component of the Cockroach Labs’ Total Rewards package, which also includes, for each employee: stock options, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life and disability insurance, funds towards professional development resources, flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays a year, 10 paid sick days a year, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, and wellbeing benefits.
We set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies. In addition, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
