Job Description

We are seeking a talented Paid Search Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented and have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior hands-on SEM experience. SEO and Media experience is a plus. 

Along with competitive compensation range: $35,500 – $55,500 (non-exempt, hourly equivalent) and benefits, we offer numerous opportunities to earn additional compensation through various programs including a yearly bonus. Other benefits include health insurance, life insurance 401K, vacation/sick days, and more.

Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, happy hours, free snacks and coffee. Currently, we offer a hybrid work schedule. Employees are encouraged to work from the office 2-3 days per week  Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines.  

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with keyword research, analysis/insights/recommendations

• Assist with planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of campaigns

• Assist with daily paid search campaign management

• Assist with developing and optimizing ads

• Manage paid media campaigns

• Leverage AI prompts and agents to automate business processes

• Provide feedback aimed at improving AI prompts and agents

• Collect analytics data and populate monthly/quarterly metrics reports

• Assist with demonstrating value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports

• Keep up on the latest trends related to AI, especially as it pertains to paid ads

• Contribute to developing AI workflow automations

• Ensure that the “Sosemo Approach” is followed by the team

• Work with Operations/Project Management to manage timelines and confirm that all work is delivered in a timely manner levering status reports, hours tracking and project management software

• Assist team members with various ad hoc requests including note-taking, defining next steps, scheduling meetings, etc., to ensure client satisfaction

• Research and keep up on industry trends

Skills & Experience

• 4-year college degree in marketing, advertising, management, psychology, computer science, or related field

• Minimum of one internship in a related industry

• Prior experience managing paid search campaigns

• Experience utilizing AI prompts and/or developing AI agents for business processes is a plus

• Demonstrated interests in digital marketing

• Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship

• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills 

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

• Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Must be highly detail-orientated

• Must have basic knowledge of web technologies 

• Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores
