About The role:

We are expanding our product design capabilities to enhance our user experiences and meet growing business demands. This role is crucial for creating intuitive and impactful products that directly contribute to our strategic goals and user satisfaction.

We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to join our team, focusing on creating and optimising products that seamlessly blend user needs with business objectives. You will be instrumental in designing intuitive, visually compelling, and accessible user experiences across our platforms.

Because of the potential to work with our clients in the National Security space or Defence space, you will need to be eligible for Security Clearance, details of which are outlined when you click through to apply.

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams in our Applied AI consulting business to support product design for public and private sector projects
Creating compelling user interfaces and experiences
Planning and conducting user research to gather insights
Translating research findings into effective design solutions
Iterating and validating designs based on user feedback
Contributing to the development and scaling of design systems
Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer
Strong UX design skills, with experience in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing
Comfortable working across the product lifecycle, end to end design from discovery through to handover
Familiarity with UI design principles and experience applying them in practice
Proficiency in Figma
Strong collaboration and communication skills, you enjoy working in cross-functional teams, problem-solving with a creative, iterative mindset
Exposure to both public and private sector projects with a working knowledge of the Government Design System (GDS) helpful for the former.
Experience working on B2B or data-heavy products
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
