Responsibilities
- Oversee and upgrade enterprise IT infrastructure: Active Directory (hybrid), Entra ID, Microsoft 365/Exchange, SCCM, Intune, VMware, SharePoint, Veeam backup.
- Lead a team of 5 (Helpdesk, Support Desk, DevOps Engineer, SysAdmin) to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand IT staff to 30+ by year-end.
- Drive domain migrations, cleanups, and AD/OU restructuring.
- Manage infrastructure monitoring and automation tools (ManageEngine suite).
- Maintain IT compliance, security, privileged access, and incident response.
- Set documentation and knowledge sharing standards in Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Partner with business/technical stakeholders to support modernization projects and customer-facing infrastructure.
- Oversee vendor management, licensing, and procurement.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people management experience within IT infrastructure and systems environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft enterprise stack and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience in scripting (PowerShell and/or VBScript a plus).
- Experience with backup/recovery (Veeam), security standards, domain consolidation, and group policy.
- Ability to lead during organizational change, including separations/divestitures.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly around translating technical status and impact for business audiences.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a high-growth, evolving structure.
- Prior experience in a multi-site or distributed IT infrastructure role.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices or tooling is a plus.
