We are looking for a highly skilled Database Administrator / Data Engineer to manage, optimize, and scale our database and data pipeline infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate has experience in data engineering, system integration, and DevOps tools, with a solid foundation in automation, cloud, and ETL frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Talend, and other orchestration tools
Manage and monitor AWS services: Lambda (Python-based scripting S3 (Data Lake Management) RDS, EC2, and EventBridge / SchedulerPerform database administration tasks: Optimization, indexing, partitioning Backup and restore procedures Managing stored procedures, views, triggers
Work with MySQL / MSSQL including SSRS/SSIS for reporting and integrationScript and automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell, and AWS CLIUse WinSCP, Workbench, and Postman for integrations, testing, and data movementIntegrate with SAP data sources and third-party APIsSchedule and monitor jobs via Windows Task Scheduler and AWS Event SchedulerBasic experience in DevOps pipelines and RPA/AI workflows is a plusEnsure data governance, reliability, and availability across systems
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldAt least 1-3 years’ experience in database administration and/or data engineeringStrong experience with cloud-based data infrastructure, especially AWSProficient in SQL (MySQL, MSSQL) and data modeling conceptsExperience with SAP data integration is a plusKnowledge in scripting languages (Python, Bash)Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
