Associate Supply Base Management Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Supply Base Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

Participate in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
Gather and review data for use in supplier performance evaluations
Identify and communicate potential risks and issues
Provide support in the development of mitigation plans
Deploy operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance
Support the development and implementation of supplier project plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in in Supply Chain, Order Management, Supplier Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in Project Management
3+ years of experience collaborating with Executive and Senior leadership
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in Procurement utilizing standard

Summary Pay Range: $75,650 - $89,000
