Net Revenue Manager – Central Asia & Caucasus

About the role:

As our Net Revenue Manager, you will lead the development and execution of NRM projects across Central Asia and the Caucasus, setting local NRM strategy and priorities, building NRM capabilities, and managing NRM processes and systems to drive gross profit growth. You will be responsible for pricing strategy, trade investment management, and channel/customer mix optimization, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply teams. This is the role with a focus on local market expertise.

Your Day to Day:

• Lead NRM planning and execution for Central Asia and Caucasus, contributing to annual business plans.
• Drive pricing processes for the full portfolio, optimizing price positioning in line with brand strategy.
• Develop price pack architecture strategies per channel/customer, aligned with global price maps.
• Translate brand price positioning into actionable channel/customer strategies.
• Own channel/customer mix management, performance tracking, and customer insights.
• Use market data to co-develop channel/customer segmentation.
• Implement Commercial Growth Framework projects to accelerate sales growth and improve trade investment ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed NRM priorities.
• Run advanced channel P&Ls and diagnostics for sales and profitability growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sciences, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English and local language (Russian/Kazakh preferred).
• Experience in building NRM tools/strategies (Pricing, Promo, G2N, Mix).
• Background in sales, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and leadership mindset with strong influencing and change management skills.
• Local market experience in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, or Georgia is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
