The Head of Security Architecture and Engineering plays a critical leadership role in establishing and maintaining robust security measures across the organization. You'll be responsible for overseeing cyber security architecture and engineering teams across all cyber security tooling, Identity & Access Management and Operational Technology.

The role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of emerging threats and defensive technologies. You'll work collaboratively across the wider cyber security organization, the D&T function and the wider business to design, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive security framework that safeguards the organization's assets, information, and systems and achieve our compliance goals and provide our license to operate.

The role covers both the IT and OT space and provide architectural and technical support to all technology programs across the business.

• Provide guidance on the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance security posture.

• Lead the design and implementation of robust security architectures to protect the organization's IT & OT environments.

• Collaborate with wider enterprise architects to integrate security controls into technology solutions and patterns.

• Work with operational teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into IT and OT processes.

• Develop the cyber security skills and capability across the team and the wider D&T function.

• Support the development and execution of the Cyber Security Strategy.

• People leadership for a team of 20.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelors Degree or 10-15 years equivalent work experience.

• CISM, CISSP.

• Track record of leading security architecture implementation in IT & OT environments.

• Proven team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Masters Degree or equivalent work experience
