Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track incident and service request cases with system vendors to ensure timely resolution in accordance with established SLAs.

  • Provide guidance to users on issue escalation procedures, change request processes, and system usage best practices.

  • Support configuration reviews and setup validation for systems such as PMS, CRS, and related applications, ensuring alignment with operating standards.

  • Monitor vendor support queues, ticket trends, and performance indicators to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

  • Participate in testing cycles (e.g., UAT, regression, sanity checks) for patches, enhancements, and releases in collaboration with vendor and business stakeholders.

  • Assist in reviewing enhancement requests, preparing documentation such as user stories, functional requirements, and configuration guides.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles, SOPs, and support documentation to improve consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.

  • Contribute to onboarding of new properties by supporting the readiness of system configuration, user enablement, and post-go-live monitoring.

  • Collaborate with internal IT and digital teams to ensure cross-system integration points are performing as intended, flagging issues proactively.

  • Support continuous improvement by proposing process enhancements based on system usage patterns, support trends, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in an IT, application support, or system implementation role.

  • Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.) is advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of data structure and integration principles (e.g., JSON, XML, API flows).

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through on issues and tasks independently.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Proactive, organised, and capable of handling multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in documenting SOPs, training materials, or user manuals is a plus.
