Performance Manager

We are looking for a Performance Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of shopping centers across Central Europe.

You will act as a key business partner to local teams, ensuring accurate performance monitoring, leading quarterly closings, and aligning results with business plans and Group objectives. This is a highly cross-functional role involving close collaboration with leasing, asset management, shopping centre operations, investment, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of assigned portfolio
• Lead the quarterly closing process for assigned assets in coordination with accounting and business teams
• Support asset valuation, ERV processes, and 5-year business planning
• Provide insights to support decisions on leasing, CAPEX, OPEX, and development projects
• Identify risks and performance levers to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of performance data across reporting cycles
• Prepare and consolidate reporting packages, ensuring timely submission
• Drive process improvements and KPI enhancements across countries
• Lead or support cross-functional and cross-country projects, including tool implementation

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, economics, business or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in the field of real estate (finance, asset management or similar)
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in the business finance, controlling, or asset/investment management
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
