Job Summary

IT Analyst will support Revenue Assurance process for mobile business . The main activities are to ensure revenue of each sales channel is accurate and timely reported to management, regulatory agencies and customers by using various data analysis tools.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements and design effective workflow and system solutions

• Develop and evaluate alternative solutions to optimize business processes

• Translate specifications into actionable tasks and coordinate implementation with internal developers or external vendors

• Manage both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring timely alerts, case escalation, investigation, and resolution

• Provide detailed reports and updates to management on system performance and issue resolution

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience in system analysis, reconciliation reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination

• Welcome fresh graduate

• Solid programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, Unix, SQL, Shell Script, Python

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmen
