The Corporate Finance Advisory Group (CF) partners with product and industry groups across investment banking to provide clients with:

  • Product-agnostic advice on capital structure strategy and shareholder value creation
  • Creative structuring approaches to complex transactions
  • Differentiated quantitative analytics
  • Technical expertise in credit ratings, tax, accounting and sustainability-linked topics


In this role, you will:

  • Lead junior teams in developing financial models, data analytics and presentation materials in support of pitch and deal activity
  • Work with coverage and product partners to develop differentiated, leverageable content for use in transaction origination, as well as for broader client distribution
  • Support deal execution processes
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide deliverables
  • Regularly work directly with senior bankers in small project teams
  • Receive broad and deep analytical skillset and broad exposure across product, industry and clients
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
  • Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work, and/or extracurricular activities  
  • Dedication to building a career in Investment Banking.
  • Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused collaborative and fast paced team environment with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results


Job Expectations:

  • FINRA Series 63, 79, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Additional Compensation Details:

  • Base pay range for NY: $175,000-$200,000
  • May be considered for an annual discretionary bonus

$138,500.00 - $287,600.00
