That is why we are now hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect in our Digital Hub in Prague.

Your impact at NN:
You will join a mission dedicated to designing and governing best-in-class solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, tightly integrated with NN’s broader Microsoft Azure environment, enabling our business units worldwide to run effective, omni-channel campaigns.

What are the tasks you will perform:

• ​Design end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and future growth.
• ​Develop within Agile/Scrum/DevOps frameworks, utilising CI/CD practices (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• ​Participate in Product Backlog refinement to provide clear input for design and development.
• ​Support Product Owners in planning and delivering new features and enhancements.
• ​Guide cross-country development collaboration during NN’s Salesforce roll-outs.
• ​Drive platform adoption by sharing best practices and educating stakeholders on Marketing Cloud technologies and trends.
• ​Mentor Marketing Cloud developers, supporting their growth.
• ​Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders: Product Owners, architects, campaign managers, developers, etc.

What we expect from you:

• ​Advanced expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPScript, SSJS, Custom Activities, MC SOAP/REST APIs, MC Connect) and data modelling.
• ​Hands-on experience across all SDLC phases and common integration patterns.
• ​Proven experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines.
• ​In-depth understanding of Marketing Cloud limitations and licence models.
• ​MC Email Specialist, MC Developer, MC Consultant and MC Administrator certifications (required); Salesforce Administrator is a plus.
• ​Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• ​English at B2 level and a proactive mindset.

What is the hiring process with us like:

After reviewing your application, including your CV in English, we will give you a short phone call to discuss key details about your experience and the position. If everything aligns, you might attend two interview rounds in total. The first round will be with the hiring team consisting of Hiring manager Ondřej, few team members and Erika from HR. The second round will be with one of our colleagues from the Salesforce International Programme.
