Who We Need

The Senior Vice President, Operations (SVPO) is a critical member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) responsible for the seamless operation in support of the functional organizations, technology and business leaders ensuring the company delivers maximum value to the business and our customers. The SVPO will directly lead a broad set of business functions - Information Technology, Security, Facilities/EHS and Mergers and Acquisition integration of companies. They will collaborate closely with leaders of other functions to ensure the business moves forward as one. In addition, the leader will serve as the executive sponsor for key strategic, company-wide initiatives as defined by the ELT.

Strategic Leadership & Sponsorship:

  • Lead and champion company-wide initiatives as defined by the ELT, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Be the catalyst that inspires the operationalization of change across the company
  • Serve as the executive lead for post-merger integration, ensuring operational continuity and realization of synergy targets.
  • Oversee communication strategies to keep employees, customers, and partners informed and engaged
  • Sets the business tempo by developing and adhering to an operational cadence supports the business needs

Functional Leadership:

  • Integration Management: Leads complex M&A integrations, aligning people, processes, and systems.
  • IT: Oversee digital transformation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and tech optimization.
  • Security: Protect assets, assess risks, ensure compliance, and manage incident responses.
  • HR technology support: In complete collaboration with the Sabel HR team, ensure the HR systems and processes function with ease across all platforms at all stages of employee experience at Sabel.
  • Supply Chain: In complete collaboration with Acquisition and subcontracts, support the strategic sourcing, optimize logistics and inventory, and manage suppliers in an internal system.
  • Communications: Play a critical role in employee experience, internal communications as part of the ELT. Assist in shaping the Sabel brand, running integrated campaigns, maintain communication quality, and track ROI, refresh internal platforms and create innovative technology strategies to reach and communicate with remote employees..
  • EHS: Ensure compliance, develop safety programs, promote environmental initiatives, and monitor performance.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department and supervise other members of the department.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with oversight of multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading various functional organization
  • Experience leading enterprise change and acquisition integration initiatives.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing complex projects.

Actual salary will be negotiated with this position’s Hiring Manager and can vary depending on the following factors: Billable contract and labor category, experience, skills, education /certifications/ licenses & geographic location.
