This job is a 6-month short-term contract with potential for permanent contract (CDI) in our Pernes, France warehouse - Remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join our European Operations Team based in Pernes-les-Fontaines, France. This role is essential in helping us manage and move the logistics behind our world-class travel experiences. You'll be an integral part of a team that delivers over 500 vehicles, thousands of bikes, and hundreds of trailers to more than 20 countries across Europe, supporting our trips throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

You’ll be based at Pernes les Fontaines (Vaucluse) hub, which includes several buildings throughout Pernes. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic crew including mechanics, vehicle fleet coordinators, and seasonal workers, while also liaising regularly with internal teams like Trip Development, Scheduling, and Finance.

Specific tasks include:

  • Organize and maintain order across our various warehouses

  • Assisting in shipping operation for domestic and international delivery

  • Handle internal and external email communication

  • Check and follow up on operational reports

  • Operate forklifts to move and organize equipment

  • Perform inventory checks and prepare Equipment loads

  • Coordinate loading/ unloading schedules

  • Organize trip departure logistics

  • Pick and prepare inventory for upcoming departures

We are looking for an individual that can work independently, has the ability to create & implement new solutions/systems, has strong communication skills, is reliable and responsible, and is willing to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

What You will Need:

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

- Fluent English

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to lift 15 Kgs

- Clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary- pending on Experience

- 2.5 vacation days/month

- Mutuelle / Health Insurance 100% covered by the employer

- Profit-sharing participation
