Responsibilities:

Implement the organization's reward strategy so that its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with the organization's desired internal and external market position. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Design and implement the organization's compensation and benefit programs to meet the organization's objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include: job evaluation; salary administration; short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; share/stock ownership plans; employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, vehicles, perquisites); expatriate and/or executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging; retirement, and superannuation plans. • HR strategies that are in line with the Group’s global business strategy, with a focus on C&B strategies. • Advise C&B policies and procedures in countries where the Group has presence. • Support operational C&B matters including the management of in-house and external service providers. • Design, review and recommend effective compensation strategy for local and international positions by analyzing and benchmarking against market C&B data. • Conduct competitive market analysis of total C&B practices through participation in relevant compensation surveys. • Design, analyse, evaluate and grading of jobs leading to maintenance of the Group job structure. • Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies appropriate for their business needs. • Analyze and evaluate internal data about the organization's current employee population and future HR needs along with external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts. • Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
