About the job:

As Head of Supply Chain Planning COE, you will lead the transformation of our end-to-end planning model across Opella’s global network. You’ll define the strategy, build the operating model, and lead a team of experts to deliver excellence in service, inventory, and cost performance. This is your opportunity to drive innovation, influence change, and make a lasting impact.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the Supply Chain Planning Strategy: Design and implement a future-ready planning model aligned with Opella’s shift from pharma to FMCG.
• Drive End-to-End Process Excellence: Oversee the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of planning processes and tools (RCCP, MPS, MRP, DRP, etc.).
• Champion Change & Transformation: Engage cross-functional leaders and the wider supply chain community to adopt best practices and drive transformation.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing & Supply, Finance, Procurement, Digital, and external partners.
• Elevate Planning Capabilities: Lead upskilling initiatives and animate a vibrant ambassador community to embed a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure Data & Performance Excellence: Monitor KPIs, ensure data quality, and implement corrective actions to drive operational excellence.
• Inspire & Develop Talent: Lead and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability.

About you:

• Strategic Supply Chain Expertise: 7+ years in supply chain planning with a strong grasp of operations management and strategies design.

• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Change Agent Mindset: Experience driving transformation and embedding new ways of working.
• Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Strong command of planning tools (Kinaxis, SAP preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
• Customer-Centric Thinking: A relentless focus on delivering value to consumers and customers.
• Agility & Resilience: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
