Job Title:

AR Accoutant

Summary:

This position reports to China assistant controller and is responsible for cash application from external and internal customers, export sales VAT refund, sales order billing generation, VAT invoice Issuance and others.

Responsibilities Include:

1)Cash application for cash collection from external and internal customers:

Daily check E-bank system, work with credit team to make cash application;

Prepare documents for FX regulation requirement with foreign currency cash income;

Verify Bank acceptance draft (BAD) according to company policy, update report and make posting in SAP

Prepare BAD discounting materials (contracts and invoices) to treasury team timely

2)Export sales VAT refund

Identity and ticket VAT input Invoice for export sales

Collection export customs declaration form and VAT invoice for tax refund

3) Sales order billing generation and VAT invoice Issuance.

Weekly check open billings/resolve or report out

Billing generation/Weekly issue non-RMB VAT invoice

4)Monthly closing

Billing generation/VAT invoice issuance after closing shipment cu-off

Support treasury complete bank reconciliation

BAD reconciliation with treasury

AR aging repot

5)others

Support external annual audit/internal audit

Implement the SOX control, make account analysis and reconciliation in blackline system

Support manager to complete ad hoc job, reporting, project like create PR/PO for finance team.
