About your role and the team

As Solution Manager for IT Network Services, you will be a key player in driving our enterprise network offerings to success. Acting as a technical advisor and strategic partner on network solutions, you will collaborate closely with our sales organization to tailor network solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll work with a dynamic team of 3 senior people who value collaboration, technical depth, and customer-centric thinking—across borders and departments.

Your role is central to the success of GlobalConnect’s WAN, LAN, security (firewall and DDos etc.), and SD-WAN solutions. You’ll ensure that our offerings are both technically sound and commercially compelling—delivering value at every stage of the customer journey.

Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:

Guide and support the sales team with expert knowledge in WAN, LAN, firewall and Ddos, and SD-WAN during client engagements.
Customize and shape IT network solutions based on specific customer requirements.
Create accurate and persuasive proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.
Lead solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to illustrate solution value.
Compose business cases for the entire project, hence involving relevant stakeholders both internally (operations, delivery, products, deviation board) and at the client.

Who we are looking for  

You are someone who loves translating customer needs into real-world solutions. You combine deep technical knowledge with strong communication skills and thrive in collaborative settings, and you are comfortable translating business requirements into technical high-level design, our system engineers can understand.

You might have previous hands-on experience in WAN, LAN, or SD-WAN, and you're excited to create solutions that our customers will appreciate. You are responsible and will support both internal and external teams every step of the way, from ideation to implementation.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:  

A strong background in IT network solutions, particularly in WAN, LAN/Wifi, fiber network, firewall, and SD-WAN technologies ideally.
Solid experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both technical and business contexts.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and borders.
Fluency in Danish and English language is a requirement
