Senior Programmatic Manager, DAX

Overview of the job 

Programmatic is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business, and we’re looking for a skilled and ambitious Programmatic Manager to support its next phase of growth.

 

In this role, you’ll focus on generating programmatic revenue across the Outdoor & Audio portfolios of Global and our partners through the DAX platform. You’ll deliver campaigns end-to-end, from brief support and deal setup through to optimisation and reporting, and collaborate closely with commercial, ops and product teams to ensure effective delivery.

 

You’ll bring strong experience of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs and PMP delivery, and be confident engaging with agency and trading desk teams to champion DAX's programmatic proposition.

 

Responsibilities of the role

  • Deliver against defined programmatic revenue targets across your agency patch.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of campaigns, from deal setup through to performance tracking and optimisation.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with agency trading desks and planners, supporting briefs and educating on best practice.
  • Collaborate with product and operational teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Support pipeline management by maintaining accurate campaign forecasting and reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Represent DAX confidently in client meetings and planning sessions, using agreed messaging and positioning.
  • Share feedback from the market to support product and tech teams in ongoing development.
  • Contribute to case studies, collateral, and team knowledge sharing to promote best practice.

What success looks like:

 

In the first few months, you will have:

  • Understand revenue drivers across your agency patch and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage your patch pipeline accurately and communicate opportunities and risks to the wider team.
  • Delivered successful programmatic campaigns with clear learnings and recommendations.
  • Built strong relationships across internal teams and agency contacts.
  • Gained confidence navigating DAX platforms and processes.
  • Shared insights to support the development of product, process or campaign performance.
  • Relationships and profile within agency teams and specific clients, with a key focus on the following departments: Planners, Agency Trading Desks.

What you will need

 

The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:

  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including hands-on experience with DSPs and PMP setups.
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital channels, with knowledge of DOOH and/or audio a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work and learning.
