Ready to Run Your Own Club? This isn’t your average fitness job — we’re looking for a confident, community-focused Club Manager ready to take ownership and lead our BRAND NEW Anytime Fitness Club in Cranbourne North. As part of the Jym Group, a high-performing franchise group within the Anytime Fitness network – you’ll have the support, mentorship, and systems of a larger team, but the autonomy to run your club, your way.

🎯 In This Role, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the club - sales, service, culture & performance
• Drive local marketing, community partnerships, and business growth
• Deliver next-level member experience and retention
• Create short video content to bring your club’s vibe to life on socials
• Inspire, coach and lead your team to hit their goals
• Take full pride in your club’s success - and own the outcomes
