Position: Contract Administrator
Pay: $70,000-85,000
Location: Remote

The Contract Administrator oversees the processing, implementation, and monitoring of all payor contracts within the organization. This role will partner with the company’s third-party contracting firm and play a key part in process improvement solutions that enhance accountability and effective management of the organization’s contract operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the contract administrator actively ensures compliance with payor contracts and seeks guidance, insight, and approval on strategic contracting initiatives or projects with other departments as needed.
What you will do:
- Serve as department lead for contracting projects and initiatives
- Oversee workflow of contract coordination – from intake to review and execution
- Audit and manage contract database, (e.g., organizing and uploading finalized contracts, managing system issues)
- Provide support to Third Party Contract Firm as needed
- Support contract document revisions and special contract projects as needed
- Manage internal tracking and reporting of contract-related metrics
- Triage contract requests for review and analysis
- Assist in internal and external audit requests received by organization
- Review and maintain various compliance/legal documents as requested
- Manage contract reporting inquiries, cadence, and delivery for all clinics/regions/requests
Skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience
- Contracting experience working with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid lines of business
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization across multiple disciplines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
- Experience working with Third Party vendors preferred
- Previous experience with contract management systems a plus
