The role: Skin Training Specialist (full-time, based in Sydney)

This is your chance to inspire the next generation of skin experts. Whether you're leading a workshop, supporting a skin treatment centre or Mediclinic, you’ll bring the Dermalogica experience to life through education and connection.

We’ll provide full training, mentorship, and the support you need to shine in this role.

As a Dermalogica Educator, you will:

• Deliver branded education to in-person and through live stream in a way that’s energising and impactful
• Share your expertise in skin health and product knowledge to educate and empower
• Introduce new product and treatment innovations
• Build meaningful relationships with students
• Support the day-to-day operations of our Training Centre and create a welcoming learning environment

What you’ll need:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a skin centre
• Passion for education, skin health and helping others grow in this field
• Good communication and confidence
• Flexibility to travel occasionally (regional NSW and interstate)
• Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings at events or trade shows
• Driver’s License
• Dermalogica product experience preferred
• Previous experience as a trainer is preferred but not required but a genuine passion for education and a desire to become a great trainer (with our full support) is essential.
