Channel Account Manager

Job Summary

As an Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a defined territory or vertical. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions and co-working with partners to sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts and leveraging partners

· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

· Understand customer needs and articulate the value of PTC’s solutions (CAD, IoT, ALM, PLM, AR, etc.).

· Collaborate with presales and other teams to deliver compelling presentations and demos.

· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and sales methodologies.

· Channel Partner Experience

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Experience selling CAD, PLM, IoT, or AR solutions.

· Familiarity with PTC products such as Creo, Windchill, ThingWorx, or Vuforia.

· Technical background or understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
