Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience
- Deliver True Hospitality by ensuring guests are welcomed, assisted, and supported throughout the night.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and VIP arrivals.
- Oversee all hotel departments during the night shift.
- Coordinate with Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping to ensure service continuity.
- Conduct property walks to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
- Act as the Emergency Response Leader at night.
- Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Handle incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Complete the night audit process and ensure all systems are balanced.
- Prepare reports for the Front Office and Finance departments.
- Review and verify room rates, revenue, and billing accuracy.
- Supervise and support Front Desk and Night Team.
- Provide coaching and ensure colleagues follow IHG standards.
- Handover critical information to the morning team.
- Previous experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial night role.
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera or similar).
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team overnight.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering IHG’s "True Hospitality for Good."
