Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Albania. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in finance and accounting who are looking to take ownership of key processes in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with internal teams and senior management, ensuring accurate financial tracking, reporting, and partner coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Collection & Financial Monitoring
- Update debt collection records twice per week (Monday & Thursday).
- Mark and escalate any invoice overdue by more than 30 days.
- Review Sales Reports daily to ensure income accuracy.
Invoicing & Reporting
- Send invoices to partners by the 10th of each month.
- Follow up regularly on unpaid invoices (twice per week).
- Close monthly finance cycles on time and share final numbers for review by the 20th.
- Ensure any identified gaps are resolved in coordination with Account Managers.
Legal Compliance & Documentation
- Process agreements and payment documents within the finance scope.
- Ensure all contracts are reviewed by legal prior to signature.
- Monitor finance and legal inboxes daily and reply within 24 hours.
Financial Operations & Partner Coordination
- Keep internal dashboards (Monday.com) updated with financial details and partner records.
- Organize monthly Final Numbers Review meetings on the 20th.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and professionally

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations (including 1+ year in a responsible or semi-supervisory role)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field
- Strong Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Familiarity with financial software and strong Excel abilities
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive communicator in both Albanian and English (written and spoken)
