Responsible for managing all financial activities related to P&L (Sales - USD 17.4 million annually, Balance Sheet (Assets – USD 6.8 million; Liabilities – USD 3.0 million in average). Interaction with all departments to coordinate Accounting, Collection, Accounts Payable, Purchases, Taxes and FP&A activities and support General Manager for business decision.

  1. Vendor payments scheduling
  2. Coordinate Citibank and Cash Employee’s reimbursement processes (includes all employees in Mexico and Regional)
  3. Coordinate Payroll process and payment as back up.
  4. Administrative payroll process as back up.
  5. Account Reconciliations GL and AP processes 
  6. BS and P&L account analysis
  7. Cash Flow reporting and forecasting
  8. Month end support for AP and GL processes
  9. Responsible for specific BS reserves
  10. Main role to support and coordinate Transfer Pricing Study
  11. OPEX Analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  12. Main responsible to provide all reports and account analysis reports for Tax purposes.
  13. Main role to support and guide PTP Business processes
  14. Responsible to maintain Vendors Master Data updated
  15. ASC process support
  16. Product reconciliation vs Purchase
  17. Budget and Forecast process
  18. Treasury
  19. Area business improvement
