Responsible for managing all financial activities related to P&L (Sales - USD 17.4 million annually, Balance Sheet (Assets – USD 6.8 million; Liabilities – USD 3.0 million in average). Interaction with all departments to coordinate Accounting, Collection, Accounts Payable, Purchases, Taxes and FP&A activities and support General Manager for business decision.
- Vendor payments scheduling
- Coordinate Citibank and Cash Employee’s reimbursement processes (includes all employees in Mexico and Regional)
- Coordinate Payroll process and payment as back up.
- Administrative payroll process as back up.
- Account Reconciliations GL and AP processes
- BS and P&L account analysis
- Cash Flow reporting and forecasting
- Month end support for AP and GL processes
- Responsible for specific BS reserves
- Main role to support and coordinate Transfer Pricing Study
- OPEX Analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Main responsible to provide all reports and account analysis reports for Tax purposes.
- Main role to support and guide PTP Business processes
- Responsible to maintain Vendors Master Data updated
- ASC process support
- Product reconciliation vs Purchase
- Budget and Forecast process
- Treasury
