The Whitespace Platform has been operating since August 2019. It is a truly digital platform used by brokers and underwriters in the London market to agree the terms of insurance contracts, including writing and signing lines and issuing endorsements.

The IT Ops & Transformation team plays a key role in pre and post implementation processes, compliance/governance and the development and delivery of cross-cutting transformation programmes leading to continuous improvement in service delivery and performance across the organization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Entry Assistant to support our Information Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data to support presales activity. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

Accurately input data from various sources into the Qvidian Information Security Management system and client presales own portals
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular data clean-up to ensure information remains current and error-free.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with data protection regulations.
Assist in preparing and generating standard reports as required.
Identify and report data discrepancies or system issues to the supervisor.
Follow established data entry procedures and contribute to process improvements.
Support other administrative tasks as needed within the operations team

Required:

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable and diligent.
Attention to detail is fundamental.
Organised and thorough.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise high volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable building and maintaining both internal and external relationships.
