About the Role
In this key leadership-facing role, you’ll partner with Executives and senior leaders across critical operations and enterprise-wide projects to shape our workforce, uplift capability, and enable meaningful change.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor across all things people – from workforce planning and change management to performance, engagement and leadership development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategically partner with senior leaders to deliver people plans that enable growth and transformation.
- Lead workforce planning, succession and organisational design initiatives.
- Guide and support change programs, ensuring alignment with values and effective people outcomes.
- Drive performance, remuneration and capability uplift processes that support business strategy.
- Use data and insights to inform people decisions and identify emerging workforce trends or risks.
- Build leadership capability and support talent development and mobility.
- Strengthen employee engagement and help create a consistent, inclusive, high-performance culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role, ideally in a regulated or financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including at Executive level.
- Demonstrated success in leading workforce change and organisational development initiatives.
- A strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, enterprise agreements, and contemporary people practices.
- Sound judgement, analytical thinking and coaching capability.
- Passion for creating employee experiences that align with purpose and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or similar
- Postgraduate qualifications, PROSCI certification or AHRI membership are a bonus
