Main Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct project site inspections and plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities as needed.
• Manage department budgets, financial reporting, rent collection (if applicable), and issuance of tenant notices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to tenants, residents, or key stakeholders.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of the Integrated Management System, including risk identification, documentation, and control within the department’s work area.
• Promote and ensure the commitment of all team members to understand and comply with applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• Be actively involved in the investigation of accidents, incidents, or potential hazards caused by unsafe acts or conditions, and provide factual reports and accurate information.
• Participate in the information security control process to protect the company’s information assets and processing systems from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Property Management, Business Administration, or related discipline).
• Has relevant work experience, including experience leading a team and managing daily operations.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, facility/property maintenance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., vendors, tenants) is highly preferred.
