Are you passionate about enhancing IT processes and ensuring seamless operations for end-users? Join our IT End User Support Services team and take the lead in coordinating Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes across our international offices. You’ll help raise process maturity, drive quality improvements, and make sure our IT workplace technology supports our business effectively.
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes within IT Workplace services and work with the technical teams to implement them.
Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of incidents and problems.
Proactively raise maturity levels within the team by ensuring consistent process execution and follow-through, which also means working with reporting and data analysis.
Act as the bridge between technical experts and business needs to ensure our operations meet our business expectations.
Who we're looking for…
We’re looking for a proactive and organized professional with strong coordination skills and a strategic mindset. You understand IT service management processes and can translate them into actions that improve quality and efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, take ownership, and have the drive to ensure things get done.
Key requirements:
Strong experience in process coordination within IT services or workplace technology.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management).
Experience working with diverse stakeholders across different locations.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
A project management or process improvement background is a strong advantage.
IT knowledge is important, but the focus is on coordination, ownership, and quality delivery.
